Robert Nkemdiche will get his first action of the preseason on Sunday.
Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians told Mike Jurecki of Fox Sports 910 Phoneix, the first-round pick will play in preseason game three against the Houston Texans.
“Play him a bunch,” Arians responded when asked if Nkemdiche would play. “He’s got a lot of room to make up.”
There is a lot going on with Nkemdiche. He is a physical specimen, and 2013’s top-rated high school player. Considered one of the top prospects in the 2016 draft, he fell to the Cardinals after concerns about his family, namely his brother Denzel, and his own decision making after jumping out of a hotel window in Atlanta.
