The Chicago Bears have had a rough 2016 season.
However, there is a little positive news, depending on your opinion of Jay Cutler. He is expected to start this week, according to Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer.
Cutler has not started since he sprained the thumb on his throwing hand against the Eagles the second week of the season. In the two games he played he did not impress, throwing a touchdown and 2 interceptions.
Brian Hoyer took over the starting job and performed admirably. The Bears have only won one game but Hoyer threw 6 touchdowns and no interceptions. Head coach John Fox had said that Cutler would not be guaranteed his job back once healthy.
Hoyer broke his arm in their loss to the Green Bay Packers on Thursday.
