Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman David Irving and cornerback Orlando Scandrick aren’t ready for game action.
Neither player participated in practice during the week and they, along with linebacker Justin Durant, have been ruled out Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. All three players did not play in Week 14 against the New York Giants.
Cowboys tackles Tyron Smith and La’el Collins, linebacker Sean Lee, wide receiver Brice Butler, defensive tackle Maliek Collins and tight end James Hanna are questionable against the Raiders.
The Wednesday prior to the Giants game, Irving showed up on the injury report with a concussion, and he still has not cleared protocol. Durant is out for a third consecutive game with a concussion, and Scandrick is dealing with two transverse fractures in his back.
The Raiders are entering without a key player. Wide receiver Amari Cooper will miss his second game in the last three weeks. He aggravated a left ankle injury in Week 14 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
