Dallas Cowboys injured left tackle Tyron Smith will return to practice Wednesday.
Cowboys coach Jason Garrett told reporters in his press conference that Smith would take part in the early part of the practice and see how he would go from there.
Smith is expected to play this week after sitting out the team’s regular-season finale with an MCL sprain.
Smith is big piece of the Cowboys dominant offensive line, and the Packers have been rather respectful of his impact while preparing for the game.
The 6-foot-5, 320-pound Smith was named first-team All-Pro this year for the second time in his career. He excels at both run and pass blocking and helps anchor a stout Cowboys offensive line.
