The Dallas Cowboys fans were holding their breath during a Week 13 victory over the Washington Redskins when quarterback Dak Prescott left the game with an apparent hand injury. Fortunately, Prescott was able to return to the game Thursday night and led the Cowboys to an impressive 38-14 victory in what was almost certainly a must-win spot.
Prescott only threw for 102 yards, but was only tasked with throwing 22 passes, and also wound up with two touchdowns. To go along with that, his hand injury didn’t appear to slow him down at all, which is huge for the homestretch and the Cowboys push for a playoff spot.
On Monday, Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News spoke with Prescott, who spoke about the hand injury briefly.

It sounds like all systems are go for Prescott ahead of Week 14 against the New York Giants. It’s a big stretch ahead for the Cowboys, who’ll need to continue to rack up wins, especially with running back Ezekiel Elliott not set to return for two more games.
