DeMarcus Ware, who spent nine seasons in Dallas before moving on to Denver, is leaving that option open, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Ware underwent back surgery a month ago and said this week that he wants to play again next season. In the offseason, Ware still lives in the Dallas area, and both of his children still live in the area.
It could be the answer Cowboys fans are looking for defensively. This past season for Dallas, one area of weakness came against the passing game as the Cowboys failed to establish a strong pass rush to pressure opposing quarterbacks.
