Perhaps Dez Bryant should hire a personal chef.
Bryant was spotted wearing tape on his right hand at Tuesday’s practice, sparking speculation the star receiver was injured again. Fortunately for the Cowboys, Bryant’s cut is very minor. But the reason for the injury is actually pretty funny.
Bryant cut his hand while chopping carrots for a soup he was making, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s Clarence Hill.
Bryant is currently recovering from a hairline fracture in his knee suffered several weeks ago against the Chicago Bears. Bryant has missed the past three games while recovering from the injury, but there’s a good chance he takes the field after Dallas’ bye week.
Hopefully, he’s a bit more careful when chopping up those vegetables, too.
