Before the season started, you likely would have looked at this game as a question mark for the Dallas Cowboys.
The Philadelphia Eagles are coming to town for a game on Sunday Night Football in primetime. It’s a series where the road teams seems to always win, well at least the last six meetings, and the Cowboys had just lost their starting quarterback.
Fast forward to today and there is a much different feeling in Dallas. The Cowboys are riding high on the rookie duo of Dak Prescott and Ezekiell Elliott, and they are supposed to get better tonight when they get Dez Bryant back from injury.
A difficult game? Sure, it still is. But it’s gone from a question mark or win or lose, to whether or not Dallas can solidify itself as one of the best teams in the entire NFC.
Here at All-22, we see a similar result.
While both rookie quarterbacks will have a strong game, Dak Prescott has the better team around him — particularly on offense. It will be an exciting game, for sure, but the Cowboys have the offensive line to take a lead and grind out a 28-21 victory.
