Jerry Jones says there is still a chance Dez Bryant will play in Green Bay
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said there is a chance Dez Bryant will play against the Green Bay Packers.
“He makes a difference when he’s on the field, so I’d like to see him go,” Jones said on 105.3 The Fan Friday morning. “I do know that he’s getting a lot of work in.”
Bryant returned to practice this week after missing the last two games with a hairline fracture in his right knee. Bryant has been limited, but participated in individual drills Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Jones also had injury updates on cornerbacks Orlando Scandrick and Morris Claiborne.
Scandrick hasn’t been practicing because of injuries to both hamstrings. He has been working off to the side with resistance cords.
Jones said he expects Scandrick back after the bye week.
Claiborne turned his ankle during practice Wednesday and has been limited, however Jones said he’s looked good in practice.
