Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams can already feel the criticism coming his way.
He didn’t get out of bounds after catching a pass near the sideline with less than 10 seconds remaining in Sunday’s game. He made a move inside and got tackled, leaving no time for the Cowboys to spike the ball and bring out the field goal unit. Dan Bailey would have attempted a 62-yard kick, indoors, in hopes of defeating the New York Giants.
Mike Fisher, 1053 The Fan, tweeted out some of Williams’ postgame comments. “It doesn’t bother me,” Williams said about the criticism coming his way. “I’m used to people blaming me anyway. So it’s not something new. I know what type of guy I am. I know how I work. Hearing different people talk about me, that’s not going to bother me.”

The Giants’ took the lead after wide receiver Victor Cruz caught a 3-yard pass from quarterback Eli Manning for a touchdown. It was Cruz’s first touchdown since less than halfway through the 2014 season. He hasn’t played since then due a torn patellar tendon and a calf injury.
Rookie Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott had a decent NFL debut. He went 25-for-45 for 227 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions.
