The Denver Broncos got some good news and some bad news Thursday.
The good news is star pass rusher DeMarcus Ware was able to practice for the second straight day on Thursday as he continues to recover from a broken forearm injury suffered in Week 2.
The bad news is Ware probably won’t be healthy enough to play Sunday against the San Diego Chargers and the more likely date of return could be Nov. 6 when the Broncos travel to Oakland, according to Denver7’s Troy Renck.
Ware had two sacks in two games before missing the last five games with the injury. It looks like he’s going to miss at least one more as he attempts to return to health.
Three Broncos did not participate in practice Thursday, according to Renck. Offensive lineman Matt Paradis (hip), linebacker Brandon Marshall (hamstring) and cornerback Aqib Talib (back) were all held out.
