The Denver Broncos offensive line is getting healthier as the team tries to get off their two-game skid.
Veteran tackle Russell Okung participated in light drills during Thursday’s practice, per ABC 7’s Troy Renck. Okung suffered a concussion in last week’s loss to the San Diego Chargers. The sixth-year tackle has played well in his first year in Denver and serves as the team’s veteran leader on the O-line.
Okung’s availability for this weekend is still uncertain as he’s still in the league’s concussion protocol.
The schedule plays in the Broncos’ favor. Denver’s Monday night matchup against the Houston Texans gives Okung an extra day to recover from his head injury.
Denver center Matt Paradis practiced on Thursday after receiving a rest day on Wednesday.
