Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders probably spoke for team, front office and fan base after their 35-9 loss to the Miami Dolphins.
The loss is the eighth in a row for the Broncos, and their fifth loss by two or more possessions. Sanders sounded almost defeated when talking in the locker room.
“I’m gonna give it my all, all the time. I’ve been giving it my all, but at the end of the day it’s like what more can we do,” Sanders said, via Denver 7 ABC’s Troy Renck. “What are we looking forward to? I think that’s the number one question, because I’m one of those guys that’s always looking forward to something. What do I have to look forward to? I was trying to look forward to a win.”

It must be extremely frustrating to have been a part of the Broncos the last three seasons. They climbed all the way up the mountain to a Super Bowl championship, and they have tumbled down the other side of it ever since that victory.
The Broncos finished 9-7 last year, and missed the playoffs for the first time since the 2010 season. This season they haven’t won a game since Oct. 1.
It would be hard not to be discouraged at this point.
