After a week away from his team following a health scare, Denver Broncos coach Gary Kubiak will be full-go at practice Monday afternoon and will address the media after its conclusion. He is already back and preparing at the team facility, multiple outlets reported.
Monday has been the target return date for Kubiak, who was released from the hospital one week ago following an overnight stay after the Broncos’ 23-16 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. He was admitted to the hospital with a complex migraine condition.
In his absence, special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis coached the team to a near comeback road victory last Thursday, when the Broncos fell to the San Diego Chargers 21-13 to fall to 4-2.
Kubiak will be back both as the head coach and as the offensive playcaller, a role offensive coordinator Rick Dennison held last Thursday. The Broncos will host the Houston Texans next Monday night.
