Demaryius Thomas’ hip injury apparently isn’t serious.
Denver Broncos coach Gary Kubiak announced Thomas’ hip is feeling better and that the wideout is expected to return to practice Wednesday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Thomas underwent an MRI last Friday after sustaining the injury during Thursday night’s victory over the Carolina Panthers.
Thomas was relatively quiet during the game, catching only four passes for 48 yards against Carolina’s secondary. Thomas should be healthy enough to continue to gain rapport with new quarterback Trevor Siemian, who threw for 178 yards and a touchdown in his first career start.
