The Denver Broncos made a valiant comeback attempt against the San Diego Chargers on Thursday Night Football, but they ultimately came up short in a 21-13 loss. However, the bad news didn’t stop there for Denver.
For a second straight week, the Broncos had a valuable member of their franchise taken away in an ambulance after the game, as Mike Klis reported that offensive tackle Russell Okung had to be carted to a waiting ambulance with an IV drip.

Last week, head coach Gary Kubiak had to be taken away in an ambulance after a loss to the Falcons with what was originally described as flu-like symptoms. However, tests revealed that he was suffering from a migraine syndrome.
There’s been no official diagnosis on Okung of yet. Stay tuned for more updates.
