Bosa and San Diego went through a lengthy contract stalemate that kept the rookie away from the team for nearly the entire offseason. By the time the defensive end came back, nutrition and rust took a tole and the rookie suffered a setback in his road back.
The Chargers rookie is doing his best to make up for lost time in his NFL debut.
Bosa recorded the first sack of his career in the first half Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

In his inaugural half, Bosa made several plays that illustrated why San Diego grabbed him with the No. 3 overall pick.
The defensive end went into the locker room at halftime with 4 total tackles.
