This is the last thing San Diego’s offense needed.
Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen played in his first game since suffering a lacerated kidney midway through the 2015 season Sunday afternoon against the Kansas City Chiefs. But Allen’s return was short-lived. He left the game with what’s being reported as a right knee injury. It was a non-contact injury and Allen was carted off the field.
According to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport, initial tests suggest Allen has torn his right ACL.

Allen had caught six passes for 63 yards before the injury. Unfortunately for Allen, it looks like his season is over.
