Sometimes, even the most athletic people are just clumsy. In Laremy Tunsil’s case, his clumsiness resulted in an unfortunate turn of events.

Tunsil missed Sunday’s loss to the Tennessee Titans with an ankle injury sustained after he slipped in the shower, Dolphins coach Adam Gase confirmed.

The Dolphins aren’t sure how long this injury will keep the rookie tackle out of action, according to the Miami Herald’s Armando Salguerro. Gase later went on to describe the injury as a once-in-a-million occurrence, according to Salguerro.

It seems like everything that could go wrong has for the Dolphins this season. Sitting at 1-4, there are questions as to whether quarterback Ryan Tannehill is the guy to lead this franchise to a playoff berth, let alone a title. Miami ranks near the bottom of the league in total offense (303.8 yards per game), total defense (401 yards allowed per game) and scoring offense (18.6 points per game).

The Dolphins will face a tough task with or without Tunsil this weekend when they host the high-powered Pittsburgh Steelers, who defeated the New York Jets on Sunday, 31-13.
