Running back LeGarrette Blount’s time with the Pittsburgh Steelers ended unceremoniously. The Steelers released the veteran running back in Nov. 2014, less than 24 hours after he left the field before the end of Pittsburgh’s Week 11 victory against the Tennessee Titans.
Two years later, Blount is amidst a career year with the New England Patriots.
Blount burst through the Steelers’ defensive line for an easy touchdown in the beginning of the second quarter, giving the power back 7 touchdowns through 7 weeks, setting a new career-high for touchdowns in a season.
