While the Buffalo Bills will be without top playmaker LeSean McCoy, the New England Patriots are getting healthier going into their AFC East showdown on Sunday.
Wide receiver Julian Edelman has been dealing with a foot injury, while tight end Martellus Bennett is nursing an ankle injury. Both players were listed as questionable for Sunday’s rematch against the Bills, but multiple reports suggest both players will be active and good to go for Sunday.
Edelman has been listed as questionable on a weekly basis and hasn’t missed any time, though he hasn’t been as effective this season as he has in seasons past. He will draw a tough matchup against Bills cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman.
Bennett is second on the Patriots in receiving yardage and seems to have found a team to stick with. He sat out of practice on Friday, which wasn’t something that happened in previous weeks he was listed as questionable. Fortunately, it seems like that was simply a maintenance day for him and the Patriots are creeping closer to full strength
