Rob Gronkowski, LeGarrette Blount, Julian Edelman fined from Week 6 Bengals game
A lot of money has been paid from the aftermath of the New England Patriots’ 35-17 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7.
The biggest story, of course, Cincinnati linebacker Vontaze Burfict was not suspended for his malicious actions against the Patriots, but was fined $75,000 for stomping on running back LeGarrette Blount’s leg following a goal line carry.
Burfict also dove at tight end Martellus Bennett’s legs on a play away from the ball, which prompted Rob Gronkowski to go after Burfict and eventually get flagged for taunting.
Gronkowski was slapped with his own fine on Friday afternoon.
LeGarrette Blount, Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski were each fined $9,115 from last Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Edelman’s fine for a facemask was previously reported by Reiss.
According to the Boston Globe’s Ben Volin, Blount’s fine comes after an unnecessary roughness penalty.
Bengals cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick was also fined $9,115 for an unnecessary roughness penalty.
