Surprise, surprise. Tom Brady’s revenge tour couldn’t have gotten off to a better start.
Brady tore apart the Cleveland Browns in his first game back from his “Deflategate” suspension, throwing for 406 yards and 3 touchdowns during New England’s 33-13 win. On Wednesday, Brady was named the AFC’s Offensive Player of the Week.
Brady’s return was greatly welcomed, especially by tight end Martellus Bennett, who was on the receiving end of each of Brady’s touchdown passes.
In case it wasn’t official Sunday, Brady’s vengeance tour is officially under way.
