A New York Giants player not named Odell Beckham Jr., let his emotions get the best of him following Sunday night’s 23-16 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Giants left tackle Ereck Flowers reportedly shoved ESPN reporter Jordan Ranaan in the locker room after Ranaan approached him at his locker after Sunday night’s game. Ranaan confirmed to Newsday he wasn’t injured.
Flowers told Ranaan to get away from him when he approached his locker, according to an NJ.com report. Ranaan didn’t move and told Flowers he was merely trying to do his job. Flowers then instructed Ranaan to move once again, this time shoving him out of the way.
Flowers was clearly frustrated after putting up an awful performance against the Packers at Lambeau Field. The Packers recorded 4 sacks against New York’s offensive line and picked on Flowers in particular. The 2015 first-round pick hasn’t exactly developed into the anchor the Giants hoped they were getting when they selected him with the No. 9 overall pick.
