Police release sketch that looks like Oakland Raiders legend Howie Long
To the untrained eye, it might appear that Oakland Raiders legend and Fox studio analyst Howie Long is a suspect in a home invasion, but don’t worry. As Chicago Bears right guard and Howie’s son Kyle Long points out, there is one distinct physical characteristic missing from the police sketch.
There’s no denying the striking similarities between a sketch by the Gates Mills Police Department, as reported by Lisa Lowry for WKYC TV in Cleveland, and the eight-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle who now beams into homes every Sunday morning as a member of the Fox pregame show. Fortunately, Long won’t need to provide an alibi for his whereabouts thanks to his son Kyle, who noticed there’s just one key facial feature missing.
Howie Long has a scar on his forehead.
Whew. And for a second there, we were legitimately worried Howie Long was running around the streets of Cleveland breaking into homes and tying people up.
