With Pittsburgh Steelers assistant coach Joey Porter placed on leave, the team has a current opening at outside linebackers coach.
Hall of Famer and former Steelers linebacker Kevin Greene is letting it be known that he’s more than happy to fill the void.
Greene took to Twitter on Monday to show his interest in the job.
@Steelersdepot If My Steelers need me, I'm there. I hope they know that.

Greene is no stranger to coaching. He had a brief stint as a Steelers intern linebackers coach during training camp in 2008. Greene was also on Green Bay’s coaching staff when the Packers defeated the Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.
The Hall of Famer walked away from coaching in 2014 to spend more time with his family.
Apparently he has the itch to return.
