The word has been Ben Roethlisberger won’t be back on the field for at least a month.
It’s looking like the Pittsburgh Steelers’ quarterback will be able to suit up in two weeks according to CBS Sports’ Jason La Confora’s sources.
He won’t even have to practice very much. The Steelers will evaluate him the Friday or Saturday before their game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Roethlisberger tore his meniscus in a loss last week against the Miami Dolphins. Reports originally had him missing one game, then it was said that he would miss 4-6 weeks.
One thing is certain, he will not play this afternoon against the New England Patriots.
