Things went from bad to worse for Pittsburgh on Sunday.
Already without the services of Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers are now tasked with a new challenge.
Antonio Brown left Sunday’s game for the locker room late in the third quarter. Brown went down in the quarter with an apparently left thigh injury. He was exercising on the sideline on a stationary bike before he went into the locker room with a couple trainers.
The good news for Pittsburgh is that their No. 1 receiver returned shortly after. Although Brown’s injury is likely to have an impact on the receiver’s production throughout the rest of the contest.
Pittsburgh provided evidence that Brown isn’t 100 percent with their decision to rotate the receiver in and out of the lineup in the fourth quarter.
