Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant has been utilizing his free time wisely.
Apparently, Bryant has been hitting the weight room during his season-long suspension for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy. He tweeted Friday he’s bulked up to 220 pounds during his time off, but he isn’t done there.
Got my weight back up 220 solid and still progressing until I return I will remain silent don't doubt Gods creation.

The 2014 fourth-round pick is listed at 211 pounds on the Steelers official roster, so he’s made some impressive progress. Bryant’s thicker frame won’t be incredibly important once he returns to the playing field, but the Steelers should be pleased to see he’s using his time effectively.
Bryant caught 50 passes for 765 yards and 6 touchdowns during his sophomore season. If his regimented schedule is any indication, Bryant seems poised to return to his team better than ever.
