The Pittsburgh Steelers will need plenty more of this from wide receiver Antonio Brown if they hope to avoid being upset by the Miami Dolphins.
Brown made an incredible catch during the second half on Sunday that showed off his incredible athleticism. Brown found a way to balance himself and extend his arms to reel in a high pass along the sideline while bracing for contact.
The problem is Pittsburgh’s drive stalled shortly after that phenomenal play. The Steelers are currently trailing 23-8 against the 1-4 Dolphins. Pittsburgh’s offense has struggled mightily throughout the day. Part of the reason for those struggles has been the temporary absence of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who left the game in the second half with a knee injury.
Roethlisberger has since returned to action, but Pittsburgh’s offense hasn’t been able to break out of its funk. The Steelers had only 73 passing yards entering the fourth quarter and Brown has been limited to 2 receptions for 28 yards.
